About Jovan Hutton Pulitzer:

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (birth name Jeffry Jovan Philyaw) is an Actor, Author, Writer, Executive Producer, Producer and Director. Pulitzer's first media appearance was in the 1980, Jackie Chan debut movie, Big Brawl or Battle Creek Brawl (original release title) featuring Jose Ferrer, Kristine DeBell, Mako and other notables. Later in life, Pulitzer went on to host "Show & Tell" series, appear in numerous newscasts as a technology expert, specifically on Fox TV. Pulitzer is also the Creator, Executive Producer, and host of NetTalk Live! Syndicated TV's first Triplecast. NetTalk Live! ran for 266 episodes and started on Dallas Fox TV affiliate and then over the years move to NBC, CBS, PBS and then ended finally with an ABC station anchor.


Pulitzer spent 5 years as a Radio Show Host anchored on ABC's Susquehanna Radio Dallas, Texas 570 Klif radio station and was syndicated coast to coast over 300 radio affiliates. After only producing and directing for years, Pulitzer re-emerged on TV on the History Channel's Hit Reality TV Series, "The Curse of Oak Island". Pulitzer was featured in 8 of 10 original episodes and he and his exploration team lead the series to 3.5m viewers.


Pulitzer is also the well known Internet Age patent author an inventor and created both the Scan Commerce and Scan-to-Connect technologies now know as Q Codes.


Pulitzer invented a system for detecting fraudulent ballots, which is being used in the Republican audit of ballots in Arizona, intended to prove the claim that the 2020 United States Presidential election result was fraudulent.
